We guarantee our cleaning when given no time restrictions and if your agent isn’t happy, we’ll go back in to fix up anything outstanding.

As part of our end of lease clean we check, address and clean the following areas:

  • – major marks on walls
  • – full oven & range hood clean
  • – all kitchen cupboards inside & out
  • – all extractors, vents, lights and surfaces (incl. light switches, skirting boards, blinds)
  • – windows and balcony doors cleaned (both sides, where accessible) – detailed bathroom clean including grout & cupboards
  • – all blinds/shutters
  • – dishwasher, fridge, freezer, dryer & washing machine cleaned out
  • – external areas such as balconies, verandas, decking and gardens will need to be cleaned and tidied

Total cleaning time can vary depending on length of tenancy, time since last deep clean, age/condition of property, amount of storage, types of blinds etc. If tenants are still moving and have not emptied the property of all belongings then this increases the amount of time we require.  Please see our Quote form below to give you a highly indicative idea of time and cost.
